Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified Physical Therapists (PTs) for a part-time, school-based contract position in Norristown, Pennsylvania. This role supports students during the summer session and is ideal for professionals passionate about helping children achieve their mobility and functional goals within an educational setting.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania

• Must meet all state and local regulatory requirements

• Experience with special education students and families is strongly preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs

• Develop and carry out treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

• Address posture, motor planning, and adaptive equipment needs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy providers to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and communicate updates to the school team

• Participate in team meetings and help with goal development and service planning
