School-Based Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students with disabilities.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, coordination, and motor skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IEPs and state/federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure and certification in Physical Therapy.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
