Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, school-based role in San Francisco, CA. This position presents a valuable opportunity to support students' mobility, independence, and physical development within an educational setting.

We’re looking for a PT who is passionate about helping students reach their full potential in a collaborative and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations to assess physical therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy and consultative services

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Document services and maintain compliance with school district policies

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist License

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
