Job Title: School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – Sherman, TX – Part Time

Job Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy models

• Must meet all state and federal guidelines for school-based services

Job Duties:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with mobility, coordination, and motor skill needs

• Participate in evaluations to determine eligibility for therapy services

• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with IEP teams

• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals

• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and staff to support student success
