Part Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Contract Job - Sherman, TX

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a part-time position (20 hours/week) supporting 18 students (3 direct services, 15 consultative) in Sherman, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to provide vital therapeutic services to a manageable caseload in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

• Assess, document, and monitor student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Texas Physical Therapist License issued by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

• Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience.

• Familiarity with IEP documentation and Texas education standards.
