This part-time position blends VOCO/onsite flexibility, offering you the chance to contribute your pediatric expertise to students in grades K-12. Expected to start as soon as possible and continue through early June 2027, youll play a pivotal role on a collaborative team, ensuring student needs are at the forefront.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience delivering PT services in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with virtual/teletherapy service delivery (VOCO preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IEP documentation and team collaboration
• Ability to conduct student assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Capable of managing a diverse K-12 caseload according to professional guidelines
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct therapy and consultative PT services as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students physical therapy needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student supports
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and progress
• Balance a service model that follows a 1 hour direct to 0.5 hour indirect care ratio
