Onsite Part-Time Physical Therapist | Rochester, NY

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide onsite services to students ages 3–22 in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to support a diverse student population on a flexible schedule.

Assignment Details

• Location: Rochester, NY

• Start/End Date: 09/02/2025 – 06/26/2026

• Hours: Up to 3.5 hours/day, Monday–Friday

• Caseload: Serving students ages 3–22

• Setting: Onsite only

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to students with varying needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans and goals in accordance with student IEPs.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student progress.

• Document therapy sessions and track student outcomes accurately.

• Participate in IEP meetings and other collaborative discussions as required.

Requirements

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• Ability to work onsite with students ages 3–22
