Pay: $31-37/ hour

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with school districts nationwide to provide specialized staffing solutions that meet the needs of students. We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support a K-8 itinerant program in Yuma, AZ for a full-time onsite position.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties:

• Provide physical therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for K-8 students

• Travel between school sites to deliver itinerant therapy services

• Track and report student progress to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
