Youll be joining a collaborative team at an elementary school, working with students who benefit from consistent structure and positive behavioral supports. Days run from 9:00am4:25pm, and your adaptability will be key, as you may be asked to change classrooms or assignments to meet evolving student needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working in school or behavioral settings is essential
• Flexibility to transition among classrooms or support assignments as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and staff
• Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting (self-paid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under direction
• Provide proactive behavioral supports and redirection in the classroom
• Collect data and provide thorough documentation of student progress
