Blazer Jobs is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time opportunities with a local school district in Boston, MA. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures
Support students with behavioral, social, and communication goals in school environments
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
Assist with transitions, classroom routines, and individualized student plans
Specific job details will be discussed directly with the school district during the interview.
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (BACB credential)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience working with children or students with special needs
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude
