Blazer Jobs is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time opportunities with a local school district in Boston, MA. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA

• Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures

• Support students with behavioral, social, and communication goals in school environments

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success

• Assist with transitions, classroom routines, and individualized student plans

Specific job details will be discussed directly with the school district during the interview. 

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (BACB credential)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Previous experience working with children or students with special needs

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude
