Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Needed | $35+/hr | Summer and School Year | near Boston, MA

A dedicated school district in Framingham, just 40 minutes from Boston, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 support for students with complex needs. This is a full-time, onsite position that begins in summer 2025 and continues into the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Framingham, MA (40 minute drive from Boston, MA)
Hourly Rate: $35+/hr (W-2)
Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 hours per week
Setting: Onsite

Position 1 – Student Support Overview:

• 2nd grade student with diagnoses including Angelman Syndrome, seizure disorder, cyclic vomiting disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Intellectual Disability (ID)

• 1:1 support for both summer school and the full academic year at Dunning Elementary

• Assist with daily routines, communication support, and medical-related care needs

• Summer Hours: July 1 – August 5, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• School Year Hours starting August 28, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Early Release: 9:15 AM – 1:05 PM

• Half Day: 9:15 AM – 12:30 PM

Position 2 – Additional Student Support:

• Student requiring support with daily living skills, discrete trial training, and functional communication

• Additional 20 hours of discrete trials scheduled between August 6 and August 27, 2025

• School year begins August 28, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Summer support dates and hours same as above

Requirements:

• Active RBT or BT certification/license in the state of Massachusetts

• Must complete CORI and fingerprinting

• School-based experience required

• RBT candidates must secure their own BCBA supervision as the district does not provide direct supervision
