Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document behavioral data throughout the school day
• Support students one-on-one and in small group settings to facilitate social and academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote effective treatment and consistent support
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all learners
