Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred

• Adaptable, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and small group support sessions under the guidance of supervising clinicians
• Gather behavioral information, accurately document progress, and implement treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to assist students in achieving social, behavioral, and academic goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment
• Adhere to all district policies and ethical guidelines in service delivery

Contract Details:

• Onsite position
• 37.5 hours per week
