Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with ability to maintain certification independently.
• Direct school-based experience, especially with SPED and behaviorally challenged populations.
• Reliable transportation for onsite work and the ability to acquire all necessary Pennsylvania clearances.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving classroom needs.
• Two or more professional references and school-based experience are essential.
• Comfortable working in an urban environment and committed to the specific caseload for which youre applying.
• Willing to participate in a brief Zoom interview (approx. 15 minutes).
• Must provide RBT certification upfront and disclose the district.
