Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clio, South Carolina

This position is full-time, based onsite, and runs through the end of the school year.

What You'll Need:

• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school setting
• Strong skills in gathering behavioral data and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and support staff
• Commitment to adhering to ethical and professional guidelines
• Energy, empathy, and patience in daily interactions
• Ability to work onsite for 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to students in a school environment
• Collect and record data related to student behavior and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisors to support student progress
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined in individualized education and treatment plans
• Provide support and encouragement to students, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Document and communicate vital information regarding student progress
