Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Corona, California

Qualifications:

• Active National RBT Certification required
• Previous experience working with students on the autism spectrum, preferably at the high school level
• Ability to effectively follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and parent/staff collaboration
• Dependable, positive, and compassionate demeanor
• Fully onboarded or prepared to start immediately upon offer

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 direct behavioral intervention to a high school student with autism
• Implement behavior plans and monitor student progress
• Record accurate data and participate in discussions with the BCBA
• Foster a safe, supportive environment within the school setting
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
• Communicate observations and changes in behavior to supervisors and designated staff
