BlazerJobs is actively hiring four (4) Paraprofessionals and one (1) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, on-site roles in Somersworth, NH for the upcoming school year. These positions are ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students with special needs in a structured school setting.

Paraprofessional Positions (4 Openings):

• Pre-Kindergarten (1)

• Elementary School (1)

• Middle School (1)

• High School (1)
  Some roles are 1:1; others are classroom support — responsibilities vary by placement.

 RBT Position (1 Opening):

• High School Only

• 1:1 student support

• Limited details available at this time; more will be provided during the interview process.

General Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic and/or behavioral needs

• Implement IEP and behavior plans under guidance of special education staff

• Support classroom instruction, transitions, and daily activities

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams

• Provide toileting/diapering assistance as needed

• Maintain documentation as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Paraprofessional or RBT experience (Preferred but not required)

• RBTs must have or be willing to obtain valid certification

• Must be comfortable working with students with disabilities

• Ability to pass all state and district background checks

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay based on experience ($21/hr target for Paras)

• Weekly pay
