Full-Time RBT Positions for Upcoming School Year near Fresno, CA

Our school near Fresno, CA is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and work directly with students to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in a school setting, and be passionate about implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with special needs.

Description:

• Full Time (37.5 hours/week)

• Onsite

• Start Date: 08/06/2025

• End Date: 06/04/2026

• Caseload: K - 12

• Autism support, life skills, and emotional support

• Specific details will be discussed during virtual interview

• Pay Range: $30.00 - $36.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or special education setting, is highly preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding when working with students with diverse needs

• Must pass background check and other pre-employment screenings
