Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in general education classrooms across K–12 grade levels in Fresno, CA for the 2025–2026 academic year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans and promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and group-based behavioral support to students
Implement behavior intervention strategies in accordance with BCBA-developed plans
Accurately collect and document behavioral data on a daily basis
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Participate in supervision, training, and professional development sessions
Support students in developing appropriate social, academic, and behavioral skills
Maintain a respectful and inclusive school environment
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred
Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and maintain detailed records
Must pass background checks and meet all California school employment requirements
