Registered Behavior Technician - Granite Falls, WA

Make a meaningful difference in the life of a young student by supporting her academic and social journey as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a supervising BCBA, providing direct behavior intervention for an engaging 3rd grade student. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027. School hours are 8:35am-3:05pm, with early releases on Wednesdays at 1:51pmproviding a structured yet flexible schedule for work-life balance.

What You Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting elementary school-aged children with applied behavior analysis in a classroom or one-on-one setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising BCBA and educational teams
• Strong communication skills for daily reporting and family engagement
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children achieve their fullest potential

Your Role Will Include:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by the BCBA
• Providing one-on-one, in-classroom support to an 8-year-old 3rd grade student
• Collecting accurate data and documenting student progress
• Participating in regular team meetings and incorporating feedback to ensure the success of therapeutic goals
• Supporting the student in both academic and social situations throughout the school day
