Registered Behavior Technician - Greenwood, AR

This onsite, contract opportunity extends from ASAP to May 2027, offering a chance to develop your skills while working closely with students and a supervising Virtual BCBA. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Demonstrated experience working with children in an educational or behavioral setting
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Ability to effectively collaborate under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), including virtual direction
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• BCBA licensure and prior experience preferred as per client requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision, supporting student progress toward educational and developmental goals
• Accurately collect data, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate findings to both the supervising BCBA and school personnel as required
• Work directly with students one-on-one or in small group settings in an onsite school environment
• Adapt behavior strategies based on student needs and BCBA feedback
• Participate in virtual supervision meetings, utilizing professional and confident communication in a remote setting
• Foster a supportive relationship with staff and families, contributing positively to the school community
