Registered Behavior Technician in Gridley, CA

We are seeking two RBTs to provide full-time services for students with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism, offering critical behavioral support and intervention.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience supporting students diagnosed with severe Autism (Level 3/4) strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-paced environments with challenging caseloads
• Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in emotionally charged situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work full-time (37.5 hours/week, M-F) in a dynamic school-based environment
• Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students across educational settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans with guidance from BCBA and school staff
• Collect and document student behavioral data accurately and timely
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively to the educational team and families
• Foster a positive, structured environment that supports student growth and success
• Adapt strategies as needed for changing student needs
