Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Lake Stevens, Washington

Step into a rewarding role supporting students success throughout the 2026-2027 school year. A full-time opportunity is available for a registered behavior technician to make a meaningful impact working closely with a third-grade student. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027.

In this role, you will be collaborating alongside a supervising BCBA, providing 1:1 behavioral support to an 8-year-old female learner. Hours align with the school day8:35am to 3:05pm, with early release at 1:51pm every Wednesdaygiving you a balanced weekly schedule. You will be part of the educational team, delivering essential ABA interventions and working closely with educators, support staff, and the students family.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• School-based or pediatric ABA experience is strongly preferred
• Collaborative and supportive communication style
• Skilled at collecting data, following behavior intervention plans, and implementing ABA strategies
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
• Must work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions and support throughout the school day
• Implement IEP/behavior plans as directed by the BCBA
• Track progress through data collection and daily documentation
• Attend team meetings and communicate observations on student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
