What Were Seeking:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

  • Strong preference for prior school-based experience
  • Background working with elementary-aged students, particularly those requiring physical intervention strategies
  • Skilled in behavioral and instructional data collection within classroom settings
  • Comfortable supporting all aspects of student care, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene assistance
  • Reliable transportation and ability to maintain punctual, full-day attendance (8:45 AM4:15 PM, 37.5 hours/week)
  • Adaptability to shift assignments as needed to best support students and classrooms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement targeted behavioral intervention plans and data collection strategies designed by BCBA and school teams
  • Support elementary-aged students in academic and behavioral growth across various classroom settings
  • Intervene safely and appropriately when students exhibit challenging behaviors in accordance with training
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to provide a positive, inclusive school experience
  • Maintain flexibility, readiness to support in different classrooms, and commitment to high standards of student careincluding hygiene responsibility
