• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Previous work with self-contained or special education classrooms, especially in elementary settings, is highly valued
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans under supervision

• Comfortable working in an itinerant role across 2-3 locations
• Flexible, patient, and adaptable to varying caseloads and school cultures
