Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required and must be on hand at the time of application
• Prior experience in K-12 educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, educators, and supervisors
• Reliable with excellent time managementable to fulfill 35-37.5 hours per week onsite
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all student interactions
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing school environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior intervention and support services to students under supervision of qualified school professionals
• Accurately implement and track behavior intervention plans according to guidelines
• Collect data and document student progress for case management and reporting
