Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques with children or youth, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse student populations
• Detail-oriented and committed to accurate data collection and reporting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed to increase positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones in classroom and school environments
• Accurately collect, record, and track behavioral data on student progress
• Assist in developing and modifying strategies to support educational and social goals
• Participate in team meetings to review student data, propose solutions, and contribute to planning
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
