Registered Behavior Technician - Olivehurst, CA

This opportunity will engage your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and provide rewarding daily experiences. Two full-time positions are available, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Youll become an essential part of a dedicated team serving Yuba County.

Candidates should be prepared to work with students with Level 3 and Level 4 autismthis is a very intense caseload requiring steadfast commitment and compassion. Your efforts will create meaningful change and empower students to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
• Prior experience supporting children or adolescents with Level 3 and Level 4 autism is highly desired
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles in a school setting
• Ability to remain composed and effective when managing behavioral crises and high-intensity cases
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, school staff, and families
• Background check and compliance with all relevant school district requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior intervention and support to students as outlined in their individual behavior treatment plans
• Assist in the implementation of ABA strategies and data collection for progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with special education staff, BCBA supervisors, and families to ensure positive student outcomes
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce classroom lessons and encourage positive behaviors
