Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Plano, TX

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time role with a well-supported school district in Plano, TX. Position Details:

• Full-time, school-based position for the 2024–2025 academic year

• Potential for renewal based on performance and district need

Required Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Completion of a 40-hour training course and successful competency assessment

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's in a related field preferred

• Current CPR certification and ability to pass a background check per Texas Education Agency guidelines

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric behavioral setting is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students under the direction of a supervising BCBA

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collect and document data accurately on student behaviors and responses

• Support classroom integration and promote positive student behavior

• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school teams
