Full Time 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician - New School Year Role

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Contracted 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our district in Prospect Park, PA.

Position Details:

• Provide 1:1 support to students implementing individualized behavior intervention plans

• Address moderate to severe behaviors (non-aggressive) in a school-based setting

• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, teachers, and families to support student development

• Full time

• Onsite

• Caseload and specific student assignment will be discussed during the interview with the district

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a behavioral or educational setting

• Ability to pass Pennsylvania state background checks and obtain necessary clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background)

• CPI certification preferred
