Registered Behavior Technician in Rowland Heights, CA

Embark on a rewarding opportunity providing critical support to a high school student with Autism as an onsite Registered Behavior Technician. This full-time contract position offers an ASAP start with a month-to-month agreement, ideal for skilled RBTs ready to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. Youll work 1:1 with a student, closely collaborating with a supervising BCBA within a supportive district environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings highly preferred
• Confident working with high school-aged students
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized behavior intervention services to a high school student on the Autism spectrum
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data as directed by the BCBA supervisor
• Implement ABA strategies designed by the supervising BCBA and team
• Support student engagement, growth, and independence across academic and social settings
• Communicate effectively and professionally with school staff and parents
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
