Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Snohomish, Washington

A fulfilling opportunity awaits for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) interested in supporting the academic and emotional growth of students. This contract role offers the chance to make a significant impact during the 2026-2027 school year, with full-time hours and a clearly defined caseload. Youll work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide essential behavioral support to a dedicated 3rd grade female student within an elementary school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervising BCBAs, educators, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for student-centered care

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering 1:1 behavioral therapy and interventions based on student needs
• Implementing individualized plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collecting and maintaining accurate data on student progress and interventions
• Communicating regularly with school staff and family about student growth
• Following all ethical and professional standards for RBTs
• Providing support to the student during school hours: 8:35am-3:05pm (with early release at 1:51pm on Wednesdays)
• Collaborating at the Monte Cristo campus with dedicated school teams
