Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Familiarity with ABA principles and data tracking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans consistently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior intervention and support to elementary school students
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collect, monitor, and report behavioral data for each assigned student
