With full-time, 35-hour weeks and immediate openings, youll play a vital role in assisting autistic support classrooms (K-2) and middle school settings. Multiple positions are available to meet the unique demands at two school sites:

• Autistic Support classrooms (K-2): Three openings; males and one female required.
• Middle School: Two openings; male RBT candidates only.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and ability to maintain certification independently
• Prior school-based experience, particularly with students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Experience supporting SPED populations and adapting to various caseloads
• Comfort with and commitment to working in urban educational settings
• Willingness to meet Pennsylvania clearance requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Strong references to support your candidacy
• Candidates must not be paraprofessionals and must be submitted for the specific role and location desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students in assigned classroom environments
• Implement, document, and adjust interventions in alignment with individualized student needs
• Collaborate with classroom staff and related service providers to facilitate positive educational outcomes
• Adapt strategies and approaches as dictated by classroom needs or student progress
• Engage professionally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
