Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting

• Adaptable, with strong organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Record behavioral data consistently and accurately to inform progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to students, reinforcing positive behaviors and teaching replacement skills
• Assist in classroom management and organization, fostering a productive learning environment
• Communicate student progress and concerns with educators and parents as appropriate
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training initiatives
