Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Immediate start dates are available, and assignments run through June 10, 2027. With five positions open across two sitesthree at an arts-focused school for a K-2 Autistic Support classroom, and two at a middle school where male candidates are requestedyoull play a key role in providing essential behavior support in dynamic, urban environments.

Preferred Skills and Background:

• Active RBT certification, maintained independently if district supervision is unavailable
• Experience in school settings, especially with Special Education and behaviorally challenged students
• Adaptable, comfortable with changing classroom needs and multiple caseload types
• Able to obtain or complete all Pennsylvania state clearances
• Reliable transportation to school sites
• Professional references ready to provide
• Willingness to work onsite with students in urban settings
• For middle school roles, male candidates are requested
• Experience supporting students with Autism or in SPED classrooms is essential
• Paraprofessional experience alone is not sufficient
• Clear communication regarding the desired position and supporting documentation (RBT certification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based behavioral interventions to students
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Help students develop social and academic skills in a safe, supportive environment
