Qualifications:

• Reading Specialist certification required
• Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure
• Prior school-based experience, especially in elementary or K-8 settings
• Demonstrated mastery of reading instruction, lesson planning, and differentiation
• Strong classroom and behavior management skills essential
• Successful experience in an urban educational setting
• Able to complete all required PA clearances
• Comfortable commuting to district location with reliable transportation
