Lead School RN Opportunity Full-Time Caseload in Chester Upland School District (Chester, PA)

Blazer Jobs is now hiring a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Chester Upland School District for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the chance to make a meaningful impact in an urban educational environment.

We’re seeking a strong clinical leader with school-based nursing experience who is confident in managing health protocols, training, and crisis coordination within a dynamic school setting.

Assignment Details:

• Position: Lead School RN

• Location: Chester Upland School District – Chester, PA

• Start Date: August 25, 2025

• End Date: June 12, 2026

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 37.5 hrs/week

• Setting: Onsite Only

• Contract Type: Full School Year (with potential renewal based on performance and district need)

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and coordinate school health services across the district

• Collaborate on and review emergency medical care and routine injury/illness care policies and procedures

• Recommend and support communicable disease control measures

• Advise on maintaining a healthy and safe school/work environment

• Coordinate emergency medical responses within the district

• Support and deliver staff training and professional development on school health issues

• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to district leadership and staff

Requirements (Must Meet All to Be Considered):

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania

• Leadership experience in a school-based setting

• Experience working in urban school environments

• Ability to obtain or provide current PA clearances prior to start

• Preferred: Prior nursing experience in school settings
