Dates: September 3, 2025 – June 12, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time

Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a supportive school team in Eugene, OR for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite, itinerant position supporting multiple elementary schools. The nurse will play a vital role in supporting student health and well-being while working collaboratively with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health assessments and manage student care plans across multiple elementary sites

• Maintain accurate nursing and health records in compliance with state and district regulations

• Prepare individualized health protocols and participate in IEP or Section 504 planning as a key team member

• Attend school staff meetings and contribute to a safe and healthy learning environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Oregon

• BS in Nursing or a health-related field required

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience

• TSPC School Nurse License preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to travel between school sites
