School Based RN Job - New School Year

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated School Registered Nurse (RN) to support a partner school district in Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Provide itinerant nursing services across multiple elementary schools

• Maintain accurate nursing and school health records

• Assess student health needs and develop appropriate health protocols

• Support students with chronic and acute medical needs

• Serve as a member of IEP and Section 504 teams to address student health concerns

• Collaborate with educational and health professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon RN license

• Previous nursing experience required

• Strong knowledge of pediatric care, IEP/504 processes, and health documentation

• Ability to work independently across multiple campuses

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
