School Based Registered Nurse (RN) Role Available for Upcoming School Year

Applicants must hold an active nursing license and must have pediatric and/or school-based experience as a registered nurse.

Blazer Jobs is hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Granite Falls, Washington. This role offers a starting rate of $36 per hour and the opportunity to work closely with students in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and health assessments

• Develop and implement individualized health care plans

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Washington State RN license

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting

• Strong assessment and communication skills
