Licensed School Nurse (CSN Required) Full-Time | Greater Chicago Area

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and compassionate Certified School Nurse (CSN) to join a student-focused team in Round Lake, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in school nursing, hold a current Illinois RN license, and possess a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a CSN endorsement. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the health and academic success of students from kindergarten through high school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing services to students in accordance with state guidelines

• Create and maintain individualized student health plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on health-related issues

• Conduct screenings and manage immunization records

• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed

• Ensure a safe and supportive school environment

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with CSN endorsement (Required)

• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
