Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (BSN preferred, ASN accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of school nurse experience required
• Comfortable with trach care, g-tube management, diabetes support, and medical documentation
• Skilled in IEP development, health screenings, and training non-medical staff
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Strong record-keeping and communication abilities
• Adaptable and willing to travel between assigned campuses as needed
• Must successfully complete district drug screening and fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on care, support chronic and acute student health needs, and maintain up-to-date health records
• Coordinate with educational teams on IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct student health screenings and manage ongoing care plans
• Train and support educators and staff in basic medical procedures and emergency response
• Engage with families and medical professionals to ensure holistic care
