School Registered Nurse (RN) in Lake Stevens, WA

An enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse is needed for a part-time, contract-based role supporting young people ages 3 to 22 during the 2026-2027 school year. This essential position will run from ASAP through June 11, 2027, and requires flexibility to adapt to varying school schedules, ensuring quality care across a dynamic campus setting.

Role Details:

• 14 guaranteed hours per week
• Schedule flexibility required between 6am and 4pm to support various shift needs
• Serve as a substitute RN for children and young adults throughout the school district

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality health care and emergency response for students aged 3-22
• Support students with chronic illness management, medication administration, and health screenings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate accommodations and provide health education
• Maintain confidential and accurate health records in compliance with district and state standards
• Respond to health-related concerns and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all students

• Active RN licensure/certification required
• Prior experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or diverse educational settings preferred
