School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Liberty, Missouri

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid RN license with a foundation in pediatric or school nursing
• Experience supporting children with significant medical needs, including tube feedings and seizure management
• Proficient in G-tube feedings, Hoyer lift operation, and diapering
• Skilled at administering daily medications
• Confident in identifying and responding appropriately to medical emergencies, including seizures
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal communication
• Collaborative mindset; able to work with teachers, therapists, and families
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young adults who have autism and other medical or developmental disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students with complex needs
• Coordinate with staff to manage daily health routines and emergency responses
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
