? Position Details

• Location: Marysville, CA

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Follows the academic school calendar (summers and holidays off!)

• Start Date: Hiring immediately

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for student illnesses, injuries, and medical needs throughout the school day

• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, and severe allergies

• Administer prescribed medications and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation

• Maintain compliant student health records in accordance with state and district policies

• Collaborate on Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), 504 accommodations, and IEP-related medical services

• Educate students, staff, and families on health practices, hygiene, and disease prevention

• Support emergency preparedness and response protocols in collaboration with school leadership

???? Qualifications

• Active California RN license (required)

• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with students, parents, and school personnel

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Respect for student confidentiality and FERPA regulations

? Preferred Skills & Background

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher

• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health

• Familiarity with educational plans (IEPs, 504s, IHPs)

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
