Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and document observations
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and families
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
