Position Available: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – School Nurse
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Contract Period: August 12, 2025 – June 10, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, 30 hours per week

Overview

A reputable school district in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide comprehensive nursing services for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, onsite position requires flexibility to support multiple students with diverse medical needs in a floating capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to students across multiple settings within the district

• Manage and monitor health conditions for a caseload of students with varying needs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being

• Maintain accurate health records and comply with district policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Valid California LVN license

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required)

• Prior experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred

• Ability to efficiently manage care for multiple students, beyond one-on-one assignments

• Strong professional references demonstrating reliability and clinical competence

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $38–$42 per hour
