Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Kansas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
• Adept at prioritizing, multitasking, and responding calmly to emergencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to students and staff
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, particularly for students with specialized needs
• Administer medication and first aid as required
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Educate students and staff on wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance
