A school in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our school health team. The RN will provide comprehensive health services to students, ensuring their physical well-being and promoting a healthy school environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff. 

• Manage chronic health conditions and medications for students. 

• Conduct health screenings and assessments. 

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation. 

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans. 

• Educate students and staff on health-related issues and promote wellness initiatives. 

• Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations and school policies. 

Qualifications: 

• Valid RN license in AZ 

• CPR and First Aid certification. 

• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric care is preferred. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
